Horse riding or voluntary duty.

As an overall organization the “Federation of horseback riding for Handicapped” coordinates all the riding for handicapped in Holland and “Lis Hartel” is one of the affiliated associations.

New students can apply directly to “Lis Hartel” and Hans Wiegmann. He will also be very pleased and happy to give any volunteers all information required by them. For a volunteer some knowledge of horses and their care would be useful but not a requirement, as we have other more general jobs not directly related to riding and horses. Each volunteer will be offered a job, be instructed in details and can then decide whether or not it is suitable
for them.
